GEN X CHIPPER - Wednesday afternoons. A workout designed to give you the freedom to attack your session your way. Multiple exercises with a large amount of reps that you can chip away at however you chose with the aim to get through as many reps as possible within the time cap.
GEN X TEAMS - Teams Work together in teams of 2 or 3 to get through as much work as possible within the time limit and beat the other teams in the process.
