Yes, you are welcome to use Genfit's creche on your trial

What ages do you accept

6 Weeks +

Do I need to stay on-site?

Yes, for safety, parents must remain on the premises during the session.

Can I bring snacks?

For the safety of our children, unfortunately we only allow water.

What if my child is upset?

We use gentle settling strategies. If they stay unsettled, we'll contact you via message or ask another staff member to come get you.

What if my child is unwell

Please keep them home until they're symptom-free (fever-free 24 hours).

How do cancellations work?

Cancel or move your booking in the app/portal up to 30 minutes before your start time.
