8 YEARS OF GENFIT

From Humble beginnings to a thriving community.

In March 2017, Michael Kassouh took a leap of faith, transitioning from personal trainer to gym owner. He opened the doors to a modest one-level studio in Ormeau, equipped with a free weights section and a big dream. 

Rapid Growth Fueled by Community Support

    Within months, the need for expansion became evident

    The studio evolved to include group fitness classes, leading to the development an upstairs free weights area. As our community grew, so did our space, walls were knocked down to create a larger group fitness floor, and new equipment like pin-loaded machines and squat platforms we added.

    In 2019, we moved to our current location, marking the beginning of Genfit 2.0. This larger facility allowed us to offer more.
