Tell us a little bit about yourself Jords?
I love making people laugh. I used to be a competitive state swimmer and eventually stopped and not long after i joined the genfit fam.
What motivated you to become a trainer?
I love seeing people train and they have big smiles on their faces and are interacting with other people and it’s just ice to be around i guess - i want to motivate and help people feel good in their bodies and help them make healthier choices.
What do you speclise in? whats your favourite type of training?
I like taking my clients through the kind of training that i like to train myself personally which is more strength and cardio based but merged together.
