I became a beauty therapist out of high school and travelled overseas for awhile working, but found I enjoyed massage more came back and did my massage diploma and have done that for over 16 years. Now I am loving being a personal trainer and helping people in a whole different way.
What motivated you to become a trainer?
My rehab after my operation was a huge help and I just wanted to help people in the same way in their weight loss and fitness goals
