What motivated you to become a trainer?
Being 110 kilos and working my butt off to get to 60 kilos showed me how much I love fitness. I love watching people achieve their goals and be proud of themselves
What do you specialise in, what is your style to train
As I'm still learning I'm still finding my groove. I love strength based however low intensity resistance work has become a passion too! I however love it all. Boxing is my favorite class to run
What is your favourite animal and why?
I'm not an animal person, we have a fish and I like him :)
