GENFIT TRAINING CENTRE T&Cs

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT WHICH AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. READ IT CAREFULLY AND DO NOT SIGN IT UNLESS YOU ARE SATSFIED THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT.

ACKNOWLEGEMENT OF RISKS, INJURY

I acknowledge that activities I am participating in may mean I am exposed to certain risks. I acknowledge and understand that whilst participating in such activities: • I may be injured, physically, mentally, or may die • My personal property may be lost or damaged • Other persons participating in such activity may cause me injury or may damage my property • I may cause injury to other persons or damage their property • The conditions in which activity is conducted may vary without warning • I may be injured or die or suffer damage to my property as a result of negligence or breach of contract of GenFit Training Centre. • There may be no or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport of my if I am injured • I assume the risk of and responsibility for any injury, death or property damage resulting from my participating in the activity

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT

In consideration of the acceptance of my payment, I agree to release and indemnify GenFit Training Centre • I participate in the activity at my sole risk and responsibility • I release, indemnify and hold harmless GenFit Training Centre, its servants and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf in respect of or arising out of injury, loss/damage or death caused by me or my property in any way, whatsoever. I also agree that in the event that I am injured or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against GenFit Training Centre in respect of that injury or damage. 

I Acknowledge that termination of a lock in contract requires a $150 cancelation fee unless medical certification is provided,

I acknowledge that all non-lock in contracts require one month notice in writing to terminate the existing non-contract, 

I acknowledge that upfront memberships don't offer refunds 

SUSPENSION POLICY

Every membership is allowed 2x 4 week holds per 4 year unless a doctors certificate is provided.
